Materials
We make oblong and shaped cases out of aluminium, plastic, fibreglass, carbon and wood according to your demands and intended areas of usage.
We use "Cordura" canvas, rugged nylon, leather or synthetic leather for modern bags and backpacks.

We utilise a new, innovative technology on our Green LineE Series, in which we use naturally grown raw materials, in order to protect the limited ecological resources.

|
Wood
Our handmade, wooden shaped and oblong cases are made of solid, interlocked wood frames (6-8 mm). Tops and bottoms consist of multiple layers of glued veneer.
For covering materials, we either use rugged, water repellent synthetic foils, synthetic leather, Cordura canvas, or other nylon materials, as well as genuine leather. Some of the covers are screwed on and can be exchanged with replacement covers.
Refined details, such as decorative stitching all around and brass-coloured, protective corners, give the oblong and shaped cases an elegant appearance. The instrument is protected by formed nest inserts, Suspensionair cushioning or other types of padding.
Velvet or silk plush is used for the interior linings. |

| Aluminium
Our aluminium oblong cases distinguish themselves by their extreme burden capacity. They obtain their high stability from both solid, anodised aluminium frames. The bottoms, tops and sides consist of 5-ply glued plywood, which are covered by a sturdy synthetic foil with an aluminium design.
The cavity strengthened semi-circular profiles and the integrated black corners give the oblong case an elegant appearance.

Plastic
We produce injection moulded as well as vacuum-formed ABS plastic cases.
Most of the oblong and shaped cases have an aluminium edge. For the interior nests, we either us velvet covered, formed inserts, Suspensionair cushioning or padding. |

Fibreglass and Carbon
High Tech at its Best
The hard shell cases are made of high quality, tough impact, glass fibre reinforced plastic or carbon material. The cases distinguish themselves through attractive shape and innovative design. Optically, the surface appears to be glossy lacquered. Despite the low weight, they offer optimal protection. The interiors are thickly padded and are lined with plush.

MusicPack
The bags and backpacks of the MusicPack Series reflect the trend towards using light, rugged materials. Very good carrying comfort, low weight, first class workmanship, refined details and attractive design emboss the modern appearance. We use water repellent, rugged nylon material for the coverings.
Thick foam material padding, covered with plush, safely guards the instrument. The backpack carrying straps are tucked away out of sight, so that they don’t hang down and get in the way.
