Legislators have considerably improved product guarantees for consumers. We go far beyond these with out Lifetime Guarantee.

The purchase of a case in the Super Light Series includes the exclusive LIFETIME GUARANTEE, with which we assure that the cases are free of material and manufacturing defects.

Should a case for some exceptional reason have a legitimate defect for which we are responsible, we will, at any time, also after the conclusion of the legal guarantee period, remedy the defect. Excluded from this are defects, which result from normal wear and tear through usage or improper handling. The guarantee is related to the case only. Other damages beyond this are not covered.

Send us your case with the purchase invoice and the control card. We will repair it free of charge or you will receive a new case.
